Leggings are really comfortable, but are a little too big for me since I'm really tiny. I got a medium. But for the average person they would fit great. Wish it did have pockets but other than that I'm going to keep wearing them. Great quality. Definitely recommend.

I order a size large and when i first tried it on i could barely get it to the first hook. the second time i used it, i was able to hook it onto the second hook with no problem. this waist trainer does not make you lose weight but it definitely helps with back pain and makes your waist look snatched. i’ve worn this a total of 3 times and i can already see a difference it’s crazy.
