It’s a great fitted vest but I didn’t get the one I originally ordered

I used the trainer to work out and it was tight, but not tight enough that I couldn't workout in. Def could've gotten a size smaller, but overall very happy with the product!

I like this product I used all the time doing exercise or lifting something heavy. I use it while I’m sitting sometimes.

It worked for me pretty good it’s just a little flimsy and bends when sitting down if you have a belly roll

You will easily work up a sweat in it.
