Are there any charges for return?
If returns are not caused by the merchant itself, for example: customer not happy with the product; size problems etc. Customers need to undertake shipping fees and any other costs during the return process.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved,you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Normally it will take 7 calendar days to receive your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
