Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

All apparel items sold on our website are **Final Sale (All Sales Final)**.
We do NOT accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds due to change‑of‑mind, size issues, fit dissatisfaction, style preference or customer ordering mistakes.

This policy is clearly presented on our website and available for review prior to checkout.

**Exceptions for Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items**
Please inspect your order upon reception. We accept claims for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
If you receive defective, damaged or wrong items, please contact our customer support within **48 hours after delivery**. You must provide clear photos showing the product defect, damage or wrong item together with your order number. We will evaluate the issue and make it right and offer a proper solution such as partial refund, replacement as applicable.

We do not accept returned packages sent back without our prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be discarded at customer’s cost.

Please note: color difference may slightly vary due to different screen displays. Screen color difference is not treated as product defect.
